Online Forms/Do-It-Yourself Legal Documents

Interactive Interviews can help you to prepare your own legal documents and can give you instructions on how to file them with the Court. If you choose the correct interview and follow all the instructions, you should be able to prepare your documents and file them with the Court by yourself. You can do this all without a lawyer and you don't need any legal background to use these interviews.

Just remember though, there is no guarantee that the Court will give you what you are asking for. Your chances are always better with a lawyer who can give you advice and help you make decisions. And, if your situation is even just a little different from what the interview is meant for, then the legal documents you get will not be right for you. Only a lawyer can handle different situations and can adjust whenever you want something changed.

Below is a list of available interactive interviews. Please read carefully to make sure that you are using the correct interview. Please also read carefully to find out what information you will need before you start the interview.
